Supporting a family in the West Bank
We organised a fundraiser for Raneem, Khalid and their three children after a serious workplace injury left Khalid unable to return to his job in construction. As the family navigated medical treatment and legal procedures, the loss of their main income placed growing pressure on everyday life.
The war and restrictions on movement in the West Bank brought further disruption to Khalid’s access to medical care and the family’s financial stability. With a newborn to care for, Raneem reached out for help with essentials, including milk, nappies and other basic supplies.
Having supported the family through their legal difficulties, we organised the campaign to help meet these immediate needs. Thanks to the generosity of those who contributed, we reached the fundraising campaign’s goal.
